PCOS... What da hell is that!!!

On the 15th of March I see my period (MENSES). Next month I see am again on the 27th of April, by the third month I no see my period. I vomit, my body full...

I haappy...

I think say God don answer my prayer, I go market, I start to dey buy baby things..weather na boy abi na girl, that one no concern me now, I just dey buy...dey happy dey go!



By three weeks after I never still see my period I say make I try do Pregnancy test make I for know how old the pikin be because I sure die say na the belle wey I don dey find be this. 

Three weeks after I never see my period,  test say belle no dey.

I smile...

I know say dem tell us for clinic say some people belle(pregnancy) no dey quick show when they do test... So I go house. For my mind I go soon come register for antenatal...Infact na the last word wey I tell the matron before I commot for the hos-pi-tal.

Four days later....after the 3 weeks I wake up je je, like new wife wey dey carry golden egg for his royal highness.

Na only piss I say make I piss ooo, when I see blood...yepa...Wetin be this??? Miscarriage abi na Period. Wetin be this...wetin be this...Na so 5 days waka pass me ooo. The devil is a liar!

Exercise regularly to loose up to 5kg
Eat balance diet (vegetables, fruits, nuts and beans) 
Drink plenty water


PCOS is a condition that can cause serious complication if not treated and managed early.
